Junior Positions (d/f/m)

Within a project team, analysts work together with a project team and always under supervision of consultants.
Your areas of responsibility
- Conducts desk research following a specific brief and analyzes outcomes to identify key findings and learning
- Contributes to the preparation of interview guides and assists during primary interviews
- Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the development of client deliverables
- Creates sections of reports, presentations and other client deliverables under guidance from experienced project leaders
- Works with limited supervision
- Practively develops an understanding of the healthcare industry
- Assists in the development of project proposals for clients
Requirements
- Degree in life sciences or healthcare related subjects, IT, business, or engineering
- Previous experience in consulting is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve unstructured or ambiguous challenges

Are you interested in an intership with Sinfonie? We are looking for students to join us as Transaction Advisory Analyst for a 6-month internship in Munich.
What is this role about?
As a Transaction Advisory Analyst intern, you will support our clients and support buy- as well as sell-side transaction projects. You will play a key role in gathering and analyzing data, preparing transaction process-related documentation, scouting, and qualifying potential targets, and supporting the transaction process from outreach through negotiations of deal terms and structures.
Your areas of responsibility
Conduct research and business analysis of healthcare companies and segments.
Identify and qualify potential targets for buy- and sell-side projects.
Develop and edit slide presentations, process timelines, target lists or other communications to run the transaction process.
Monitor important developments, initiatives, news, legislation, corporation activities and M&A transactions, analyzing the impact to strategies and business plans.
Support in the preparation of marketing documents for M&A transactions.
Assist in the elaboration of financial valuations.
Assist in the preparation business proposals, presentations and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Graduating or newly graduated students in in life sciences or healthcare related subjects, IT, business, or engineering programs looking for an internship at the intersection of the management consulting and healthcare industries.

What is this role about?
Consultants are involved in the planning and execution of market opportunities assessments, growth strategies, commercial due diligences, and target search or transactions. Consultants lead secondary and primary research activities, sharply synthetize, and organize information gathered, lead advanced quantitative analyses and modelling activities, and contribute to the elaboration of final recommendations.
Your areas of responsibility
- Leads a project stream from planning to execution and delivery with limited guidance from senior role
- Manages the execution of a project stream, develops a plan to approach client’s needs, and leverages business experience and acumen in identifying strategies and project approach to client questions with limited guidance from senior roles
- Performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client deliverables
- Understands and anticipates potential issues and/or challenges deriving from the initial ‘problem’ and able to communicate this effectively to the project team and senior roles
- Coordinates the creation of sections and/or entire reports, presentations, workshops and other client deliverables
- Ensures the high quality and accuracy of deliverables

- Previous experience in managing a team of at least 2-3 people
- Previous experience in managing project streams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and organization skills. Strong capability in evaluating priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
- Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
